Craig Gaunt
A
qualified accountant with a Masters Degree in Business Administration,
Craig has spent nearly 20 years advising everybody from government
departments, health authorities and local councils to large commercial
organisations.
After a career with some of the UK's leading accounting
and consulting firms, in 1994 he formed his own business advisory
company Kensington Business Advisers (www.helpingbusiness.info).
He lives in Kensington and now specialises in providing
long-term support to small businesses and is particularly interested
in helping disadvantaged communities develop social enterprise
skills and create local prosperity.
Ben Kwesi Cann

Agent, Ben lives and works as an Assistant House Manager in Kensington.
Married to Pauline and a proud father of five children.
Ben has a passion for helping people in the community.
He uses his people skills to work with children and young adults
to ensure their talents and aspirations are identified and fulfilled.
Supported by his family, Ben has strong faith and is a dedicated
member of Kensington Temple in Notting Hill Gate.
Gary Hoyte
Gary
Hoyte set up his own human resource management consultancy in
1999 (www.ghconsulting.com).
Before then he held director roles in the voluntary sector and
the NHS. His consulting work includes human resource strategy,
employee relations and policy development in public, voluntary
and private enterprises.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development and the Royal Society of Arts and has an MBA from
the Open University Business School. Gary is an academic visitor
at the University of Leicester's Management Centre and teaches
on the distance learning MBA programme.
Gary lives in Oxfordshire and is a board member of
Advance Housing and Support Ltd, a charitable organisation providing
housing and support for people with learning difficulties and
mental health problems.
